Heart Healthy Valentine
Valentine’s Day is a great reminder to think about your heart. I’m not just talking emotionally, but physically too. Knowing your cholesterol is a great way to reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke. Encourage your company to start a wellness program with a cholesterol screening. Knowing your numbers is an excellent starting point for making a lifestyle change. After 6 months of eating right, exercising, and managing you stress watch how your numbers can change. Small changes can make a big impact!
